A streak freeze helps protect your streak if you miss a day. Members can earn freezes by completing surveys and keep them in their freeze stash for later.
When the feature first unlocks, you can hold up to 1 streak freeze. As you level up, you can unlock more freeze slots:
- Level 10: hold up to 2 freezes
- Level 50: hold up to 3 freezes
Unlocking a new slot does not automatically add a new freeze to your account — it simply increases how many freezes you can store at once. Additional freezes still need to be earned by completing surveys.
